A soaring and XC spot along a 20 km vegetated ridge situated 2 hours drive east of Nairobi near the town of Tala. There is a small landing field at the base of the ridge, making Tala a great alternative when the homespot Kijabe Hill is in off-season.
From the ridge you can easily connect to an XC flight at midday. Be aware of the Nairobi CTR airspace to the south of the spot!
